Sovereign Drive

Your AI agents keep forgetting who you are.
This fixes that — privately.

A local, encrypted knowledge vault that indexes your files and hands any MCP-connected AI agent — Claude, Cursor, and others — the same persistent context, without sending your data to anyone's cloud.

The problem

Every AI tool starts from zero.

If you use more than one AI assistant — and most people who rely on AI daily do — you're re-explaining your role, your projects, your open tasks, and your preferences to each one, every time. Vendor "memory" features help, but only inside that one vendor's app. Nothing travels with you.

What it does

A memory layer you own, not a vendor.

Local & encrypted

Your vault is a SQLite database on your own machine, encrypted at rest. No cloud sync of your data required.

Works with any MCP agent

Connect Claude Desktop, Cursor, or any other MCP-speaking client — the same vault, the same context, no vendor lock-in.

More than chat recall

A real knowledge graph of people, projects, and relationships — plus tasks and two-way calendar sync — not just a transcript search.

Reads your actual files

Docs, PDFs, spreadsheets, meeting transcripts — ingested and searchable, not just whatever you happened to paste into a chat.

How it works

Three steps, no code required.

1
Install and point it at a folder.

Pick any folder of files you want indexed — no migration, no import wizard.

2
Connect your AI agent.

Copy a ready-made config into Claude Desktop or Cursor and restart it. That's the whole integration step.

3
Just talk to your agent as usual.

It can now search your vault, track tasks, and remember who you are — across every agent you connect it to.

Where things actually stand: this is early and under active development. MCP tooling in general is young, and setup — while just a copy/paste and a restart — is still rougher than it should be. We're looking for people willing to genuinely try it for a week, not just watch a demo, and tell us honestly where it falls short.

Want to see a demo, or try it yourself?

Takes two minutes. Tell us a bit about what you use AI for today, and whether you'd rather watch a walkthrough or install it and kick the tires.
